30-Day Returns
30-day returns on every order. If your Voltway charger doesn't work for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee, no questions that matter more than “did it work for you.”
How to Start a Return
Email chris@brightloopmedia.co.uk with your order number. We'll send a prepaid UK returns label. Refunds land within 5 working days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free. No return needed until the replacement ships.
Warranty
12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear.
