Pricing & VAT

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Ownership & Warranty

You own the item once delivered. The 12-month warranty and 30-day return terms still apply. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we can't fulfil due to stock issues or pricing errors.
